Dave is the Founder / Senior Partner of DAVE CHONG ASSOCIATES, a Middle to Senior Management Search Firm. It has successfully placed C-suite positions such as CEO, COO and CFO, and other top level positions such as Director and General Manager for global, regional and local companies.
 

Dave has been an entrepreneur for 31 years, including being a Co-owner / Executive Director to list (IPO) a company with Singapore Exchange. His past work experience includes being a corporate executive with MNCs. He was a success trainer and motivational keynote speaker.
 

Dave is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and a Certified Professional Coach. He has a Master of Science Degree (MSc in International Marketing) from University of Strathclyde (UK).
